• When one of the cardiac tests in the fall of 2022 unexpectedly showed a large cyst in my liver I visited Dr. Sreelatha Reddy for the first time at the recommendation of my immunologist. Since the appointment was faster than I expected, the radiology report of the abdomen/pelvis CT scan was not available. I was concerned, but Dr. Reddy was nonchalant. She immediately called the radiologist right in front of me and on speaker. I could hear every word of their conversation and I even could ask a question to the radiologist. How practical and to the point!
  Then, my cardiologist recommended me to see a gastroenterologist to address my keep losing weight. So, I was back to Dr. Reddy.
  After an endoscopy a repeating antibiotic treatment was recommended to kill H. pylori. But it was complicated because I had a history of suffering the severe side effects for three years from the overdosed antibiotic treatment. Also, I became resistant to many of the well-known antibiotics. Dr. Reddy right then sat and started to search in her phone for two antibiotics I am not allergic to and at a pediatric dosage… going through many one by one and me by her side.
  I was very impressed with Dr. Reddy’s efficient and practical ways of getting to the objectives and her focus on getting there. Additionally, I liked her being down-to-earth so that I was comfortable asking questions. To me she is a true scientist… who is dedicated to help people become healthy. No doubt she is one of the outstanding gastroenterologists in the Houston area.
